Group Supplemental Health Insurance

Health insurance is provided by many businesses. But as premiums have increased over the past several years, many companies have had to either reduce the level of coverage or increase the employee participation amounts to pay those increased premiums.

 

Supplemental health policies provide the insured with the additional help they need to pay those deductible and coinsurance costs, by providing coverage for things such as hospitalizations and accidents. In some cases, companies provide access to these policies either through payroll deduction or by combining them with other health benefits.
